Tomas Torlöf, Chairman of the Board
Tomas Torlöf has been a board member since 2000 and was appointed chairman of the board in 2008. Tomas has a Master of Science in Engineering and experience in seed investments and early-stage venture capital investments, primarily in networking hardware and security software companies, including Columbitech, Net Insight, and Qeyton. He is also a board member of Tilgin, EmbracingSound, and other companies.
 
Anders Ingeström, Board Member
Anders Ingeström has been a board member since 2006. Ingeström holds a Masters of Science in Industrial Economics and Management from Linköping Technical University. Previously held positions include Business Unit Director of AU-System, CEO of Across Wireless AB, EVP and COO of Sonera SmartTrust AB, CEO of Spinbox AB, and Managing Director of Mobeon AB.

 


Thomas Blitz, Board Member
Based in the U.S., Thomas Blitz brings years of leadership and strategic experience from leading global companies such as IBM, Compass Group, and Pointsec Mobile Technologies, Inc., now Check Point Software. While at Pointsec, a provider of enterprise security software for laptop and desktop PCs, PDAs, and smartphones, Thomas served as President and significantly increased revenue, taking sales from $2 million to $70 million in less than four years. Thomas’ extensive experience in the North American market adds to the diversity of the Board and better guides Columbitech toward rapid growth in the U.S. market.
 


Göran Strandberg, Board Member
Göran joined as a board member in 2009 and is a partner at Verdane Capital Advisors. Prior to Verdane, Strandberg served as Senior Advisor at Prosper Capital/Skandia Liv as well as Executive Director at Novestra AB (Sweden). Göran has some 20 years of experience in the IT industry, working at Nokia and Cisco, among others. At Cisco he was a member of the European executive management team and Managing Director of Cisco Systems Nordic. Göran is currently a board member of several companies, including Proximion, C3 Technologies AB, and Wireless Maingate AB.

 


Lars Resenius, CEO and Board Member
Lars Resenius is CEO and one of the co-founders of Columbitech. Before joining Columbitech, he spent five years doing research at Ericsson. He was an executive and co-founder of the successful Swedish consulting company Kvadrat, which has large multinational clients in the data and telecom sectors. Lars has extensive entrepreneurial experience and expertise in wireless technology. He brings 20 years of business and technology management experience and holds several patents in the security and mobile communications areas.

 

 

Jonas Fredriksson
Jonas Fredriksson currently serves as a Fund Manager at Ohman Asset Management. Fredriksson has served as an active board member for many organizations and has played an instrumental role in sales improvement, strategic planning, acquisitions, and business restructuring and governance projects.
